This thermometer has a large probe which is perfect for cooking. Even though the screen is small you can see everything perfectly without having any trouble reading it. I love that is comes with a protective cover to keep it nice and clean and also safe from anyone getting hurt with it. It's real easy to use you just pick between Celsius or Fahrenheit and then put it right into the meat that your cooking. Overall I loved it and does a great at what it needs to do.
