This cream does what it says it will. I put a small amount on the inside of my wrist just before bedtime. I go to sleep within 30 minutes. I stay asleep and wake up not being groggy or cranky like I usually am every other night. I feel it is much faster than consuming pill version.

Light Touch Color Changing Control Alarm Clock

This clock is amazing! The light is so bright and the colors it changes to are so vivid. Its a very easy friendly clock to use, the radio portion works really good as well. My favorite thing is the alarm clock because I need something loud to wake me up in the morning for work and this really does the job, also the alarm is super loud and clear. I love it more than my iPhone alarm clock. The clock its self works really well as a night light too as a decoration. I got this in return for a review all opinions are my own.

This kit is so awesome! I've always wanted to find something like this that would get the job done but without breaking the bank. Know what I mean ladies? Truform Men's Knee High

I got these for my dad and he is in love with them. They don't roll down on him like other that he has tried in the past. They provide him with the constant pressure he needs throughout the whole day. Washed them a bunch of times and the tightness of the sock has yet to wear out nor the sock its self.
